Dupuytren’s disease
Dupuytren’s disease is characterized by fibrosis of the palmary fascia resulting in flexion of the fingers irreducible. It can be associated with knuckle’s pads (Garrod’s pads), Ledderhose’s disease (fibrous nodules of the plantar fascia) and Peyronie's disease. (Fibrous nodules of the albuginea, wrap the penis, causing kinking the erect). Needle’s aponeurotomy (Needle’s fasciotomy) is the first medical treatment.
